Can I take selfies with the SQ1?
Yes, you can! Twist the dial to switch on the camera, then twist it again to turn on Selfie Mode. Position yourself with the help of the Selfie Mirror, check yourself out, and click to get an instant epic selfie! Furthermore, because of the larger film size, you can also take group selfies.
Can I print photos with the SQ1?
No. The instax SQ1 is only a camera, not a smartphone printer. You can click and print instantly with this camera, but you cannot print your smartphone photos. To do that, please check out our hybrid camera & printers like the mini LiPlay and mini EVO, or our smartphone printers like the mini Link Printer and SP3 (square printer).
Does it have a close-up lens attachment?
No, because that lens is already built in! You can take great close-up photos with Selfie Mode. Twist the dial to switch on the camera, then twist it again to turn on Selfie Mode. It works best for distances of 0.3m to 0.5m from your subject. Happy clicking!
How do I charge the camera?
The camera is charged with batteries. The slot for the batteries is present on the side of the camera.
Does the SQ1 come with films?
No, the films are sold separately. You will need instax square films for the SQ1 instant camera.
